Local Background Check
The local background check will check to see if a person has been booked into the Montgomery County Jail, what they were booked for, when they were booked and when they were booked out.
This check will NOT show:
Incidents where a person was not booked into a jail - you will have to request the specific incident report or reports a person is associated with.
Traffic violations - We do not provide driving history records, for that please contact the Ohio BMV for driving records.
Law Enforcement Contacts - To obtain records where officers/deputies were at a home or address you will have to request dispatch logs for a specific address
